Compensation Analyst – Saint Luke’s Health System

Partners with the Compensation Strategy Partner on the strategy, design, implementation and communication of compensation programs for the Health System. Provides consultation to management, senior leadership, human resource teams, Payroll, HRIS and employees.
Leads small projects or portions of a larger project. Helps train and provide guidance to other team members as needed. Conducts data audits, job evaluations, career ladder and market research analysis and participates in salary surveys. Creates, monitors and distributes salary planning information for performance management process.

Provides cost impact analysis for budget planning. Demonstrates current working knowledge of applicable regulations and laws. Identifies issues and trends to recommend new or revised programs, market adjustments and hiring rates, salary structures, job family and career ladders and individual rates of pay. Works with vendor to ensure market data loaded and refreshed in system accurately and timely.
