The Human Resources (HR) Talent Acquisition Assistant Vice President is a key member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City’s HR leadership team with oversight for the strategies and processes by which we attract and hire talent. In addition, this role has oversight for critical data and analytics strategies that drive business decisions. This leadership role will report to the Vice President of Human Resources.
This position requires capabilities, experiences, and skills commensurate with leading a diverse group of managers and individual contributors, and interacting with, and influencing, peers throughout the System.
