Stephanie Price is a senior principal, executive vice president and chief people officer at Terracon. She leads the company’s vision to be Best at People as evidenced by her focus on developing employee experience, inclusive culture, and human resources and benefits. She also serves as a member of Terracon’s executive leadership team. Stephanie joined Terracon in 2015 with more than 20 years’ experience in human resources including time spent in the architecture/engineering and healthcare fields. Stephanie was selected by the Kansas City Business Journal as a Woman of Influence and by Ingram’s Magazine as the CHRO of the year in 2023.  After spending 15 years in Las Vegas, Kansas City is home for Stephanie. She received her degree from the University of Kansas (and is a big KU basketball fan!), so the proximity to Lawrence is ideal!
