Manager of Compensation, Benefits & Health – John Knox Village

Responsible for administration and communication for all associate benefits plans. Administers the Village’s compensation and performance system.  Oversees JKV’s associate leave programs.  Serves as liaison between JKV and health & wellness clinic provider. Functions as the lead HR associate in charge of the human resources information system (HRIS). Supporting of the Village’s mission, values, and service/hospitality (PRIDE) expectations. Completes training as required by policy. Must have a minimum of five (5) years professional Human Resources experience. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
