The HR Generalist will be instrumental in the development and delivery of initiatives that contribute to our experience from the get-go. The ideal candidate for this role understands that our people are our most important asset and are what truly drive any business & success. Bringing strong analytic skills, coupled with intuition and relationship skills, this individual will create innovative solutions to energize the organization and support Ad Astra’s growth plan. This individual will partner with our leaders to ensure our people are cared for and positioned for success.
Specifically, this position will help with compensation and benefit design and administration, will be responsible for managing our quarterly conversation process, will help develop and manage our employee listening approach and will play an integral role in the design and development of our career development programs. This position will also assume responsibility for management of our HRIS system and will partner with our outside payroll specialist to validate the accuracy and timely payroll processing.
