OMNI is honored to be retained by Goodwill of Western Missouri & Eastern Kansas in their search for Human Resource Business Partner. This position will be responsible for providing oversight to a variety of HR functions including strategic planning, reporting and analytics, employee relations and hiring of new employees.
Goodwill of Western Missouri & Eastern Kansas is a 501c organization that serves the Greater Kansas City community and surrounding areas by providing programs and services at no cost. Most well-known are the abundance of thrift stores that provide funds to support thousands of job seekers with barriers to employment. Currently Goodwill is growing at a rate of 3 to 5 thrift stores per year.
