The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for the lifecycle of employees, including:
- Recruiting
- Onboarding
- Training
- Benefits
- Workers Compensation
- HRIS management
- Employee development
- COBRA
- ACA
- 403(b)
- Advising management on discipline and terminations
- FMLA administration
- Other duties as assigned
- This position reports to the CFO
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- SHRM or SPHR Certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years HR Generalist experience
- HRIS experience
