Our HR group is seeking new team members to join us as we partner and consult with our business units. CommunityAmerica is seeking someone who wants to make an impact and build something sustainable. Our HR Benefits Specialist will be a point person for all benefit administration and associate questions and will partner closely with the full HR team to make an impact on one of our biggest resources, our people! This role will have the opportunity to share benefit overviews during new hire orientation and will oversee our internal benefits page.
