Baxter Auto is seeking an experienced employee relations professional to lead the regional employee relations functions across multiple dealerships. The employee relations manager plays a vital role in providing leadership with directing, developing, implementing, and executing complex HR/Employee Relations functions relative to applicable policies, procedures, and laws.
Must-haves: 5+ years of complex employee relations experience with emphasis on conflict resolution and investigations, and an in-depth knowledge of employment law (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, ERISA, Work Comp)
PHR or SPHR certification a plus!
