Director, Human Resources – EFL Associates

EFL Associates, a retained executive search firm, seeks a Director of Human Resources on behalf of our Greater Kansas City area client, a designer, manufacturer and distributor of commercial products.  

Credentials We Seek:

Ten or more years of successful human resources leadership in manufacturing or an equivalent labor environment including talent acquisition, training & development, compensation, benefits, health & safety, compliance and a bachelor’s degree.  Highly qualified candidates will possess global experience; an advanced degree; or a CHRP, PHR, SPHR certification.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the CEO, the Director will lead and develop the human resources staff, policies and activity to ensure the organization’s mission, talent strategy and legal compliance requirements are achieved. The successful candidate will supervise a team of three individuals who broadly oversee benefits, talent acquisition, payroll plus health & safety.  The Director will have significant interaction with other site leaders across the company to assure human resources initiatives and issues are moving forward and are addressed.
