What if I registered and forgot to pay online…or accidentally missed the payment screen, or had technical difficulties? It’s OK to complete the online registration form again, which will re-access the PayPal screen so you can pay online with a credit card. Don’t worry, we always remove any accidental duplicate registrations!
However, if you have an accidental duplicate PayPal payment and receive a duplicate e-receipt, please e-mail nancy@epnkc.com for assistance.
What if I paid for multiple attendees but was unable to complete the registration for each person? Please e-mail nancy@epnkc.com to notify us of the the names of the attendees, so we may add them correctly on our event check-in roster.
What is EPN’s cancellation policy? If you must cancel your reservation, you must do so no later than 48 hours in advance of the event to receive a refund. Please email nancy@epnkc.com to request a refund. Suggested charitable donations made in lieu of an event ticket purchase are final once made.
