Senior Talent Strategy Partner – Saint Luke’s Health System

Saint Luke’s Health System is seeking a Senior Talent Strategy Partner to manage critical recruitment initiatives. You will work closely with the Program Manager of Talent Acquisition, Director of Human Resources, and Talent Acquisition to develop strategy for departments throughout the health system; this will include developing and implementing a comprehensive recruitment strategy, focusing on diverse recruitment.

Healthcare recruitment experience with an emphasis on nursing recruitment is preferred.

Shift Details: 100% remote, must live near the KC Area
