HR Administrator – Haas & Wilkerson

Haas & Wilkerson Insurance is a family-owned, independent insurance brokerage based in Kansas City. We provide insurance solutions to organizations throughout North America and have been doing business locally and nationally since 1939. Many know us for our specialty and niche insurance products, such as insurance for amusements, fairs, festivals, rodeos, waterparks and indoor trampoline parks. Our Administration team is currently seeking an HR Administrator to join our growing organization. The primary purpose of the HR Administrator is to provide superior customer service to the Haas & Wilkerson staff and effective administrative support for the Human Resources department. This role is responsible for day-to-day administrative duties of the human resources department including benefits administration, recruitment support, compliance, payroll administration, HRIS and file maintenance, basic employee relations and performance management support. This position is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a professional individual who is seeking a career in human resources.
