About Our Panel
Morgan Kissane
Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science in Workforce Technology, with a specialization in Human Resource Development, which she earned from Pittsburg State University in 2021. In June 2022, she began her professional journey with Duvel Moortgat USA, taking on the role of HR Coordinator within the HR team. Her responsibilities span across the esteemed family of breweries, including Brewery Ommegang in Cooperstown, New York, and Boulevard Brewing Company, situated in her hometown of Kansas City, Missouri. Morgan is a staunch advocate of servant leadership and is dedicated to treating employees with the utmost care, akin to clients, ensuring that the team she is a part of delivers exemplary customer service to all employees.
Lexi Flipse
After graduating from Emporia State University in December 2021 with a B.S. in Business, Lexi worked concurrently as an Office Administrator at a law and tax firm and as an HR Assistant for the City of Shawnee. In August 2023, she transitioned to a full-time role with the City as a Jr. HR Generalist. Since then, Lexi has gained experience in a wide variety of HR operations, including COBRA administration, compensation and benefits, HRIS management, and hiring and onboarding of interns, seasonal, and variable employees.
Jared Flood
Jared graduated from Pittsburg State University with a Construction Engineering Technology Degree. He started working with Henderson Building Solutions after graduation in 2023 as a Pre-Construction Manager. He loves college football and he is excited for the new playoff system this year.
Jessica Carter
Jessica Carter joined KBP Brands as Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter. In this role, Jessica works with field leadership to identify their talent needs and execute a strategy that will support bringing top talent to KBP and our brands. Before joining KBP, Jessica was most recently a Recruiting Team Lead with Kelly Services. Jessica is the mom of two little ones- Penelope and Otto. She and her fiancé play on a coed softball team once a week where they enjoy spending time with family and friends.
