Brianne Daughtery, SPHR, CEBS - Vice President, Managing Consultant, Workforce Technology Solutions at Lockton
Brianne has been working in the HR industry since 2003. Her background in HR and benefits systems, reporting, time and attendance, payroll functions, and implementations allows her to provide technological expertise to clients that takes into account their own perspective and needs. Clients also benefit from her problem- solving skills and her ability to create efficient processes for system implementations and upgrades.
As a Managing Consultant in Workforce Technology Solutions at Lockton, Brianne oversees a team of consultants and system configuration experts. Brianne provides expertise to clients and Lockton account teams on human capital management (HCM) and benefits administration vendor selections, situational analysis, business process recommendations, utilization reviews and project oversight, as well as implementation support.
