| SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: The Human Resources Generalist partners with the HR leadership team to implement the organization’s human resources strategy. They will be responsible for delivering and supporting human resources programs and processes including recruiting, on-boarding, policy development, employee relations, rewards and recognition and talent development. They will ensure human resources processes are efficiently and effectively managed and will work with others on the development of a variety of HR policies and programs to support organizational goals. Other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business or related field plus a minimum of six years of human resources or related experience. Broad knowledge of Human Resources practices and recruiting experience required. Experience working in more than one functional HR area preferred. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a high work ethic, excellent communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, strong organizational skills and excellent interpersonal skills. Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (Workday) preferred.
