As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) you direct the planning and implementation of policies, practices, and initiatives related to talent and performance management, employee relations, training and development, and employee engagement for the designated business units. This position is critical to build and protect the confidence of the HR function. The HRBP will support and partner with leadership while collaborating on solutions for the business, people and organizational issues to support the long-term achievement of the overall business plan.
