The HR Generalist position reports directly to the HR Director and is a truly hands-on people position that combines customer service skills and HR knowledge of policy, process, and employment law. - 1+ year of HR generalist experience is required.
- An HR certification (aPHR, PHR, SHRM, etc.) is required.
- Previous HR experience within the manufacturing and/or construction industries is strongly preferred.
