Manages and administers health and welfare plans and assists with the advancement of benefit initiatives in accordance with company strategies and guidelines for compliance. Benefit programs include medical, dental, vision, life, flexible spending, and a host of voluntary benefits. Will partner with Director of Benefits and Employee Well-being, vendor partners and HR leadership.
