Stephanie Price - Executive VP and Chief People Officer at Terracon

Stephanie Price is a senior principal, executive vice president and chief people officer at Terracon. She leads the company’s vision to be Best at People as evidenced by her focus on developing employee experience, inclusive culture, and human resources and benefits. She also serves as a member of Terracon’s executive leadership team. Stephanie joined Terracon in 2015 with more than 20 years’ experience in human resources including time spent in the architecture/engineering and healthcare fields. Stephanie was selected by the Kansas City Business Journal as a Woman of Influence and by Ingram’s Magazine as the CHRO of the year in 2023. After spending 15 years in Las Vegas, Kansas City is home for Stephanie. She received her degree from the University of Kansas (and is a big KU basketball fan!), so the proximity to Lawrence is ideal! Terracon is an employee-owned, multidiscipline consulting firm comprised of more than 7,000 curious minds focused on solving engineering and technical challenges from more than 180 locations nationwide.

Kristin Gibbar - HR and Operations Executive at Populous

Kristin has over 30 years of experience leading global human resource operations, with an emphasis on enhancing the employee experience and uniting people around shared culture and goals. Over her career, Kristin has been involved in multiple acquisitions, implemented first-of-a-kind global systems, and facilitated culture reshaping sessions around the globe.

Kristin’s key initiatives at Populous involve creating consistent policies and experiences across regions, promoting an inclusive culture, and advancing leadership development, particularly for women. Kristin also believes in the power of integrated systems and data to drive people strategy and create a positive environment where they can thrive.

Danielle David - Chief People Officer at CRB

Danielle is Chief People Officer for CRB Group, a global engineering, architecture, and construction firm serving the life sciences industry. She and her team lead the people strategy, working closely with executive leadership to ensure talent, culture, and organizational design support the company’s growth and long‑term success. Danielle brings deep experience in workforce transformation, leadership development, and employee experience within complex, highly regulated environments. She is passionate about building strong, resilient organizations, developing leaders at every level, and elevating HR’s role as a true strategic partner to the business.
